It was a long time since i had a book what i couldn't put down, or couldn't finish reading it for a moment.
Let the right one in book review. Having seen and enjoyed both of the film versions of this book (the original swedish version and the american remake) i had been meaning to read it quite some time. Lindvquest got everything right with this story. Let the right one in, is a horror story so eloquently told, it is almost like listening to exquisite music.
This theme was explored to an extent that made me uncomfortable, and i just dont think a lot of people will appreciate that. A central theme of this book besides bullying is pedophilia, and that also impacted my experience negatively. What a fantastic, talented writer, john lindvquest is.
